I’m Jennifer Rowlands: Jewellery designer, Illustrator and Educator. From a start as an apprentice at the bench to award winning designer and illustrator my experience and journey spans over the past two decades.

Throughout my career, as I have honed my craft I have earned international recognition and numerous awards. With a focus on hand-drawn illustrations, innovation, experimentation, and versatility my extensive experience has allowed me to deliver countless solutions for my clients in the field of design and illustration.

After having my son I started a design studio called Refinery Row, offering a specialised and contemporary range of design and illustration services to both the jewellery industry and private clients. Providing innovative design solutions and illustration services with a fresh approach to manual design and illustration.

Recently, I have become a qualified trainer and assessor, eager to share my skills with others. I have developed techniques to help improve and highlight creativity and illustration in the world of jewellery, delivering efficient and industry-relevant skills that help to enhance creative thinking and upskill industry illustration/rendering abilities. ​
